We ship worldwide

What does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in the UK on orders over £50. For our international customers, we offer free shipping on orders over £150. On all other orders, we offer flat rate shipping:

How long does shipping take?

Domestic Shipping (within the UK)
2 - 7 business days

Express Shipping available, next day delivery.

International Shipping (varies by country)
2-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)

I live outside of the UK, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Not always, but most likely. Each country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We suggest checking out a Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow for 24hrs for the link to be activated. Once the package leaves us, the tracking links may not update immediately but the package is still on its way.


Are your prices in GBP only?

Yes, all our prices are in GBP. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you’ll be charged in your currency, our website does most of this for you but its always best to double check with your main currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept direct payments through PayPal.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Not yet, but we hope to offer them soon!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the item arrives damaged, or there are any issues at all—please contact us so we can make things right.

What if my order is damaged?

In the rare case that your product is damaged, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of the damaged product.

Where are your products made?

We are committed to ensuring all our products produced ethically and with excellence. That's why all our products are printed and produced by hand in the UK.

What type of material do you use?

We mainly use high quality cotton materials for cushion covers and It varies depending on the size, but our smaller cushions 50cm x 50cm are made from cotton and our larger cushions 65cm x 65cm are made from linen.

What type of printing process do you use?

Most of our designs are printed using a heat pressing method. However, we also print special editions using the screen printing or letterpress methods.


I would like to see your products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?
